HONEY BUTTER CREAMY SKILLET CORN
Ingredients- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet, over medium heat, melt the butter and honey. Once melted add the corn and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cream cheese, salt, and pepper and cook until combined and creamy. About 5 minutes.
