HONEY BUTTER CREAMY SKILLET CORN
Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, over medium heat, melt the butter and honey. Once melted add the corn and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the cream cheese, salt, and pepper and cook until combined and creamy. About 5 minutes.
